Northridge Place offers convenience and affordability with its three bedrooms, one and half bath townhomes. Both levels have beautiful wood laminate flooring and carpet stairs. The main level includes a large kitchen with appliances, space for in-unit washer and dryer hookups, a half bath and a spacious living area. The second level includes three bedrooms with ceiling fans and a full bathroom. A coat closet on the main level and linen closet on the second level offer extra storage. Patio is located off the kitchen. Pet friendly - dogs and cats under 45lbs accepted with non-refundable deposit and monthly fee per animal (limit of 2 per unit). Tenant pays utilities, excluding trash. No application fees, we do run credit and background checks. Tenant is responsible for paying the one-time inspection fee. Renters insurance is required. A security deposit is due to hold a unit.

Not Bad, Not Great

The apartments are nice with plenty of room. Maintenance is on top of things most of the time. The place needs more plant life and the grass needs to be better maintained. The walls are super thin so if you have a noisy neighbor like me, it's not a good experience.

An outstanding place

I’ve lived here for two years and wouldn’t wanna live anywhere else. Especially price and quality of living. my neighbors are some of the coolest people I’ve met. all-around good people who live in the neighborhood it’s never too loud or busy. Same for me faces for the past two years.

Great place

I like living here ! Ive never experienced really any troubles with anything about it. When i first moved in my dishwasher broke and i emailed them, responded and replaced everything in a timely manor !
